Terms & Conditions    (hereinafter referred to as ELC)

Ordering - Orders may be placed by phone at 1-800-923-9149, or by email at info@europeanlogcabin.com.  In addition you may use the order form on the "Order" page by clicking this link or the one at the top of the page.

We accept wire transfers, cashier’s checks, and personal checks.   Payment by check will add two weeks to the delivery time of any shipment.

Pricing - Prices are as published and quoted at time of ordering and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping - All orders are shipped from our Las Vegas, NV distribution center. Most shipments qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Inquire directly when placing your order. Most shipments take between 4 and 6 weeks to deliver. Customers will be notified of any changes related to the delivery time.

Delivery - On the day of delivery, you should have one or more able-bodied persons on-site to assist in the delivery. You will be provided with one free hour of unloading time. Any additional time required will be your responsibility and charged at a rate determined by the carrier.

Cancellations - Cancellations are allowed on orders cancelled within 30 days of ordering. However, if the order has shipped prior to being cancelled, any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit.   All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns - All shipments returned must be complete and packed in the original cartons and condition as shipped, with all parts, manuals, accessories and literature intact.   Email or contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Include this RA# on any shipping labels accompanying the return.   Do not write on the box or deface the product packaging. Shipments returned without an RA# will be refused by our distribution center. All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus original shipping fee, handling and processing fees.   Customer pays for all return freight. There are no refunds on any outbound freight charges or fees of any kind incurred with the original shipment. All deposits being refunded will incur a processing fee. It will be deducted from the refunded deposit.  After receipt and inspection of the returned shipment, your deposit will be refunded within 30 days, less any applicable charges.

Damages - ELC warrants that all log cabins and accessories are without defects or damage when shipped from our distribution center. Damages incurred in shipping are not the responsibility of ELC.   Such claims must be resolved directly with the shipping company or carrier.  An RA# will not be issued for any damages caused in transit.

Warranty - ELC has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy on all log cabins and accessories shipped from our distribution center.   If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of our products please notify us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. European Log Cabin offers a 30-day replacement warranty on any defects in materials or workmanship. If you received any broken or damaged parts, we will replace them at no additional cost providing we are notified within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  Our log cabins are made from high-quality hand-selected wood.   Though each piece is inspected it is normal for there to be some small cracks or knots in the wood due to weather and it is normal to have slight color variations between wood pieces.
