| European Log Cabin LLC has a 100% satisfaction
guarantee policy on all log cabins and accessories shipped from our distribution
center. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any
of our products please notify us within 30 days of receipt of shipment
and we will work together to bring them to your level of satisfaction.
If you receive broken or damaged parts, we will replace them at no additional
cost. Our log cabins are made from high-quality selected wood. Though each piece is hand inspected, it is normal for there to be some small cracks or knots in the wood due to weather and it is normal to have slight color variations between wood pieces. All European Log Cabin products are shipped from our Las Vegas, NV distribution center. Most shipments qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 states. To find out if you qualify for free shipping, please send us an email at the link provided below or call us at 1-800-923-9149 to inquire. Most shipments take between 4 and 6 weeks to deliver. Customers will be notified of any changes related to the delivery time. On the day of delivery, you should have one or more able bodied persons on-site to assist in the delivery. You will be provided with one-free hour of unloading time. Any additional time required will be your responsibility and charged at a rate determined by the carrier. |
